We have never been scared of new technology, and one of our favourite tools is Virtualcabinet which we use effectively and efficiently to obtain electronic approval from our clients for documents. This does away with the need for manual signatures and hard copy paperwork. Every client at the first time of sharing is provided with their own document portal and user login, enabling important documents such as accounts and tax returns to be approved promptly and safely over the internet. Virtualcabinet can now also be downloaded as an app to your mobile device. As soon as our clients approve their documents, we receive an automated email, meaning that we can submit your documents and returns electronically without delay.
