Registered office

Every limited company or llp must have an address known as their registered office. This is the address shown on the public registrar at Companies House, and is the principal address where Companies House and HM Revenue and customs documents and forms are sent.

In some circumstances, clients prefer not to have their own address listed on public record. This could be because you work from home and prefer the separation of your business from your personal life, or that you wish to have your privacy protected. We therefore offer a complimentary registered office service at The Old Creamery for clients that request this and who are signed up to our accounting and tax services.
